It is really tough, but if you back out from the area right as you use the mortar to mix the ingredients, you can save a bit of time.

Also an alternative to this is by leaving while the teeth guide is still playing then coming back and saving less time

I found a bug where if you click before the pattern guide starts you can make the pattern of the teeth before it starts saving time
