It's so frustrating to play on PS4. I can't even connect my capcard to my PS4 so I can't even stream.. It works fine with my Switch, but not PS4 😅
Same here samuraiblue.. I've also noticed that Momo takes his sweet time to put in the code to enter Rooftops in Glitchless. I've got so many crashes, lagspikes and getting stuck in places. But I've at least finished 1 any% unrestricted run on PS4. I clocked in at 1:25.11 RTA, but with one stupid death in The Sewers. I have no clue if that's good for PS4.

After reload at Elliots takes me around 34 sec to load, as well with selecting Slums 2 chapter quitting to menu. I wonder if anyone else has these extreme long loads.
This an unrestricted Any% question since loads does not matter in Glitchless (except if you die ofc).

You can use Livesplit to time your run in RTA (Real Time Attack). PC uses loadless splits I believe, but on console you don't.
Your run must be timed RTA.

Yeah, I'd say they are the only loads. Hopefully we do loadless in the console versions of the game as well for an even playing field.
Since console most likely is slower than PC, a split leaderboard for PC and console would be neat.

Is there any major differences playing it on PS4 compared to PC? Like tricks, strats and especially loading times (loading times are often longer on console compared to PC).

By my title I mean for example time and skips differences. I play on the Nintendo Switch and I have noticed I have some loading zones up to 20 seconds. Will that affect my time in the Any% Console category?
How do you do this skip? When I try it Mono flies up in the sky or oob.
I just got a 4:51:47 for NG+ on easy. My run really sucked. I dont even have a route or anything like that tho.
My digital switch version has load times from 20-30 seconds on almost every stage. I wanted to start speedrunning this game but I lose soooo much time on loading. I think speedruns of this game should not include loading times because of the vast difference between consoles, and even if I play on the digital switch version I still somehow have longer loads than others who play on the digital switch version. I compared and on most of the stages I lose around 20 seconds on every stage because of extreme slow loading times.
