what are the optimal versions I know some levels are pal but in general ntscj or u which is fastest I assume ntscJ

is wiivc a viable option or is it banned as I cant afford a n64 as im moving house and due to corona its really hard in the uk for me to find a ntsc n64 and I have a wii on hand I will be getting a region free n64 after I can save up after the move thx
