LRT (Load removed time) is now the default timing method. With this comes some recommendations that are NOT required for verification.

Use livesplit and enable the Autosplitter and load remover for Agent Hugo. (by Banz)

Have at least 1 visible timer on screen that's in LRT.
Again, these are not required but will make the verification faster and easier.
If you do not use these, a moderator will retime the RTA and manually time the LRT once you submit. You do not have to do these yourself.
For help with setting up livesplit either ask in the hugo discord server or use the many tutorials online.
I was going to do more runs myself but got bored of watching the cutscenes everytime. Maybe I'll get motivated again since I now have a time to try and beat!
I didn't even notice that in Channel 00, since i managed to get the IL record anyways. 2 categories might be a good idea then, and if it happens I'll probably run both of them.
Seems like Sewer is the only level that has differences. Making another category just because of that seems excessive, so I would be fine with keeping it like this. I'll have to try getting the GCN version but I was going to try different versions anyways, since PS2 is really laggy in some sections.
I was going through the IL leader-board trying to beat all the times, when I noticed that the sewer levels ending was drastically different on GCN compared to PS2. This makes the level 20-30 seconds longer on PS2.

I'm guessing this isn't the only level that's different but I'm not sure. And I haven't checked any other versions. Does this warrant a separate category for the GCN version?
It would be nice to also have leaderboards for individual levels: Mobnuts, Roman Beavers, Berserk Vikings, etc...
That way you could try to implement some riskier glitches like infinite jump
I've tried to do some glitch hunting. Haven't found anything useful yet but maybe someone can come up with something with these. I've also made videos showcasing them.
You can push guards around after stunning them. You can also climb on guards by getting a bit higher than them.
You can climb many objects. You can also push guards up the same objects but I wasn't able to get a guard on the green recycling bin, since it requires more precise movement.
This is the only area I've found where you are able to do this. You can also move around on the platform. The door seems to break once you do this.
Probably the most interesting glitch. By getting the bomb to fall under the map once it keep spawning it there. It also explodes instantly after a bit. You can fix it with a platform or a ramp.
You can get the boat from one of the garages nearby. You are able to swim around for a bit until the counter hits 0
By jumping out of the boat before the cutscene you don't get the rocket launcher.
You can freeze the game by starting one of the side missions before the cutscene.
This isn't a glitch but you can shoot the valves and they spin. It doesn't seem to activate anything.
