I've had a run rejected for this reason before. Fortunately all I had to do was resubmit it with the seed in the description. If it hasn't been rejected yet, you can edit it to save time, but if it has then no worries you can still edit it and resubmit it.
It would be very sus, but if someone rolled it and was able to prove to the moderators that they rolled it, then yeah I guess it would be verified.
Let's hope it never happens though, because it would essentially kill the category
Currently there isn't an official written guide for 1.16.1 AA but the general format is this Reset for a flat-ish biome near an ocean, with a village or shipwreck and preferably a rare biome nearby as it will save time later Find a lava pool or magma ravine and enter the nether, then play the nether the same as any% with a bastion and fortress Now go to the end and defeat the dragon (making sure not to use only beds as this doesn't grant the "free the end" advancement) Grab the dragon egg and put it back and then head to the outer end islands. Find a city with a ship and grab the elytra, any useful loot in the chests and 6 shulker shells to make shulker boxes. You can use the elytra to try to find more cities if necessary If you find a city near a gateway, you can bring a shulker back to the overworld here, if not you might have to do this later (or you can do a tactic called shulker yeet with a fishing rod) If you didn't get one from an end city, use a librarian villager to get a looting 3 sword. Now fly around to try to get every biome (will likely need resets as this is very seed dependent), grabbing any gold blocks from monuments and killing any drowned with shells or tridents. Once you get a trident, enchant it with channeling and hope for a thunderstorm at some point so you can do very very frightening (thunder is entirely rng dependent, so this will take resets) At some point, go back to the nether to complete uneasy alliance and hunt wither skeletons so you can spawn a wither. When fighting the wither, make sure it kills a mob so you can get a wither rose. Once you have everything, bring your shulker to the ocean (where the spawn terrain comes in handy), use your shells to make a conduit, gold to make a full beacon and do how did we get here. If everything else has been done, after this you can go back to the end and respawn the dragon (doing this last means you don't have to spend time fighting the dragon)
This is a very simplified list of what needs to be done- I suggest watching a lot of videos about AA before attempting it because it's a much more complicated category than can be explained in a post, but I hope this gives you the general gist of it. Good luck and have fun :)
The reason why the current version splits exist is because a world record speedrun in each of these categories would look vastly different due to major changes in the strategies
Pre-1.9 wr: go to fortress for rods, build tower in desert for pearls, go to end and bed the dragon when it charges at you 1.9-1.15 wr: loot shipwrecks and monuments for emeralds and gold, trade with villager for pearls, go to fortress for rods, one-cycle dragon 1.16+ wr: go to bastion for pearls and obsidian, go to fortress for rods, build new portal with obsidian to get near stronghold, one-cycle dragon A 1.18 wr would look very similar to a 1.16 wr, with the only real differences being there would be more reliance on luck due to the bartering rates, and possibly killing a couple piglin brutes in the bastion. This is why it really wouldn't add anything to make 1.18 a separate category, and why it makes more sense just to play 1.16.1 for 1.16+ runs
Due to how hard it is to predict exactly when the timer starts, the rules let you start the timer up to 1 second after the world loads as long as you don't do anything (including looking around) during that second
All advancements doesn't have to be done in one sitting, as long as you show yourself opening and closing the world in the video you'll be fine
My PC can't run OBS so I use XSplit Broadcaster which I would recommend
