Are Amiibo skills allowed to be used in runs?

I'm just curious as to why there isn't a Glitchless% run avalible, and if it could possibly be added.

Can someone please explain to me how using and not using animation Cancelling effects your time? I couldn’t find a forum about this and if u can use it without a penalty it gives pc players a huge advantage in glitchless runs to players playing on console. (Also the discord link is expired)

I've been working on creating a full game run to submit for the past few months to get this game going and to see it now is super exciting. Would it be possible to get into contact with some of the admins to discuss my findings and ideas for the run?

It would be a full game run with every song in the game in order a-z (-dlc) and as soon as you pass the "clear" on the songs (60% on hard and 70% on the higher difficulties) you can exit the song and move on to the next one. You could have the different difficulties be different catigories to make it possible to run for those who can't always get 100%s on every song. Ive been testing some runs following these guidelines for the past few months and I would be very grateful if you guys could reach out to me to make this type of run possible. I've always thought a complete the dex run would be interesting, getting to the point where the regional dex has "seen" every pokemon obtainable in the game. I will be doing research on the game to see if this is possible without the assistance of trading, but has far as I know every single pokemon is possible to be regestered as seen withy the exeption of the elemental monkey's evolutions. I will do more research on this to see if it is true and report my findings to the discord. If anyone else knows if this could be a possible run please feel free to dm me any information that could make this a possibility. @HappyDuckJJ#6109
