I can hit the encounter manip pretty well, but I always fail the catch manip. I have my Flow timer set to 7.454 offset for encounter, but all the offsets I've seen for the second an third offset I have not been successful with.

I've also tried the musical cues some runners use but that has also not been helpful.

If someone has a good set of offset values let me know.
