Basically don’t repeatedly use pause button for more precision(Pause Abuse) and don’t press jump while paused (Jump Pause Buffer)
I think it’s still valid but you can’t pause too much or else that’s pause abuse which isn’t allowed I think in full runs.
So this glitch happens sometimes where your game data disappears and your cosmetics can also disappear which is what probably happened. Many people have got it before including me, you just have to grind it back.
