From what I've seen, foxtrotting is about the sprint mechanic. Me and my friend are planning on running this game and we have a certain rhythm in sprinting. We use this rhythm in most games that have the sprinting mechanic and it hasn't caused any problem. So, is this "rhythm" in sprinting considered foxtrotting?

When i split, it wont show up the time that i split in so i dont know if im, saving time or not because nothing shows up on livesplit

are you allowed to ladder flick in full game run? it can save up to 3 seconds
