do you need more RNG in a nuzlocke or is the same as a normal omega ruby.

i haven't attempted a speedrun yet but analysis other peoples, i have a friend who me and him love to just boot up a new world and try to beat the game. no timer no nothing. is it better to attempt a speedrun ( doesn't have to be a wr ) in Co-op
