oh the only moderator hasn't been online for 8 months according to his account information

I submitted a speedrun for just one boss, it's been 21 days and it hasn't been verified. The only moderator's only contact is his youtube channel, and his last video has a 5 month old comment asking about just one boss, with no response. I haven't commented anything on their youtube channel. I don't believe that I can become a moderator, because i'm under 16 years old.
