For career mode it doesn't seem that there's really a mode for much. I see it as two options, complete all 30 fights or max out your character's stats.

Personally I say all 30 fights would be the best criteria for completion there.

Was thinking about it a little bit more, I'd propose the rules being

• Need to have single difficult set entire time
• Must create new fighter
• Must complete all of "Sparring" tab, so that every fight has been successfully won.

Yes, typically it is to complete the entire career, not 100% the stats. I have run another similar game with that mode and yes basically all the sparring/matches till it is complete. I will have to run this soon but from my experience, I would agree with your proposition above.
