Rules - End of run must show player raising and stepping onto the boat at the quarry.

Time starts on first movement after a new game. You do not need to show the new game being created, but all panels should be unsolved and the player should start in the original starting place, which is only possible during a new game.

Time ends when the player steps upon the quarry boat, shortly after raising it.
