No F4 or F5, so no safety saves and no wait skips.
This was very nearly a very clean run... and then I lost 3 seconds with a really stupid mistake right at the end :( But the execution was otherwise good, and new strategies (castle crossing OOB and the new OOB at the bottom of the spiral climb) helped shave off a fair bit too.
