B-Type height 0-5 speedrun guide

While I'd mapped out most of what I wanted to go over, the actual content was made up on the fly, so if I'm unclear on anything (either in terms of description, or if my not good mic is causing issues), let me know in forums with a timestamp and I'll try to elaborate. Target audience is people used to speedrunning, but not used to Tetris, so the sorts of players who'll have recently done the Big 20 and might want to dive into the game further, or just to pick up the game in general.

Guide is roughly in five sections:

1) Basic game mechanics (controls, game behaviour etc)

2) Basic Tetris gameplay (how to stack, what to avoid, how to get out of problems when they occur, adjustments)

3) B-Type and speedrun specifics (level selections, where you lose time without knowing it, how to dig out of higher heights)

4) VOD reviews of Big 20 runs (uses prisi's top 8 rewatch VOD with permission)

5) Demo runs (lower introductory levels, my standard level no reset run, then the same until I get a run without a top out)
