Run using Nestopia v1.4.4, with a Wii Guitar Hero guitar as the controller.

The strum bar controls left and right, 1st fret is Up 2nd fret is A, (rotate tetrad) 3rd fret is B, (rotate tetrad) 4th fret is Down (drop) 5th fret is not used.

Select is the wide Star Power button and Start is the tiny + button next to it.

Ran a quick Tetris 2 10-rounds as a cooldown from another PB. Likely not going to push it to sub-5 and beyond, even though that would definitely be possible!
