new pb, ties Freddo's, now we're both barely above 210

also i am aware that it's not played on current game version (i wrote that rule to prevent use of faster previous game mechanics) i was playing this on a version from december 12th 2024 which is identical to current version mechanically, so that i could roll random seeds because David still hasn't added that feature yet in a non tedious way

(there are runs on previous updates on lb so i think this should be fine)
