Update to the rules for Top 10 runs

To make sure we can provide a fair leaderboard, new rules will be introduced for Top 10 runs. This is a cautionary measure to avoid cheating and improve the trustworthiness of top runs overall.
New rules for Top 10 runs:
- Must include audio
- Must show start & end of run
The rules have been updated accordingly.
