I got lucky and saved right before the game crashed, allowing me to reload the game and continue the run. Also screwed up in multiple places, including failing a mission by not paying attention to the important unit.

The final mission really punish you. In the individual game runs, all your units are maxxed out with max damage and range, but in this full game speedrun, since your skipping most of the fighting, you'll have half the damage and a quarter of the total firepower. Most of your units shredded in seconds when the end game bugs are introduced.

Also was doing the timing levels manually, so a few of them I forgot to press the button to end the mission timer.
