Most of the bosses in CD are beaten the exact same way as in full game runs, which are not very hard to do (TT, QQ, WW, MM).
PP is an awkward boss to beat in the Boss Rush as we usually have rings at this point and then beat him with i-frames, so instead I just go carefully with the hits. There might be a faster way to beat him, but this will do for now.
CC just gotta hit the flippers at the correct spots as fast as possible, which is hard to do like I did in this run. It wasn't perfect tho.
And for SS, basically you have to do the race without seeing Metal Sonic at all, so he gets to the end of the race as soon as possible. I believe 49 secs is the best possible time to get in this level.
