Run done on version 5.0 of the original MF. Not one of the updates to 5.0 that came after, but according to the installer and shortcuts this is the first 5.0 version.

I decided to pick this game up as I played it as a kid a bunch and more recently I saw some new WRs pop up on the src front page. And wow this game is impossible, it took me literally a few days to finish a run without big mistakes like dying or losing the Lui before 8-1. While my favorite version is 4.4 by Softendo, I played on the next version to be released afaik, which is the first 5.0 version, also the first version with the fast framerate. Not a fan of the graphical changes started around these versions (or the fast framerate) but what do I do. Gotta love the fact the 1-4 warp pipe is the only pipe in the game (afaik) that is hardcoded to react to the Down arrow key as opposed to whatever is set in the settings. Also idk what happened in the credits, must've been because I saw them before this run.
