Maybe add a new 100% category where you need to look at all things?

😂 Brother, the game is already super short, there is no other goal than going to the Bloody Stone thing and then back, if there was a collectable, there would be a 100%. Plus the players anyways has to reach the Bloody Stone thing to trigger the Siren Head, looking at the Siren head or elsewhere doesnt do anything more
