Game Dev/Tester Note for Transparency - This was recorded in an internal test build (1.4.2.021121221, pushed on 12/12/2021), hence being archived for nearly 8 months before submission. This was the build where the revised Knuckles physics were completed and fully implemented (These physics have been live in our other project, Sonic 2 Absolute, since March 2022). The video has been openly shared with the speedrunning community in that time, as a preview of what Knuckles would be, and now is, capable of. Some sprite tweaks and art revisions have occurred since (Knuckles now has a subtle dreadlock animation whilst gliding for example) but nothing has changed in regards to the physics, glide behaviour, hitboxes, etc.
I'm submitting this for the sake of a historical archive of the level if nothing else, but I do also hope it can serve as a demonstration of the more S3K gliding accurate physics and encourages people to try them in this particular level.
