Sewer Skip method
When Fahlse, Beanboi 2, and I were playing we figured out that you might be able to speed up the sewer section by using the vents on the side parkour to the boss fight. Further testing required.

bro ive already done this, beanboi2 asked me how i do it???? also it only saves like 7 sec
