Average Kip, god Latias, awful awful Kyogre

Early and mid-game was pretty clean with only one optional hit, but run kind of fell apart late game with the T&L optional, failing the ice puzzle twice, and having to use safety safety strats with this godawful Kyogre.

All in all, if I can clean up my late-game and get even a decent Kyogre next time, sub-3 is easily within reach!
