Run on the MiSTer Gameboy Core

Mister runs fairly close to the GB but I will leave it to the mods to decide to accept.

Mod note: With a quick test comparison with emulator BGB, the game seems to run at the same speed, more tests would be needed for top times, for now this is definitely a 12:10 /archy
