I was just practicing for the marathon relay tomorrow with grunt and Danniel when I got a 7:10. That run was so close to the record that I had to go for it. About 12 minutes later, I got a 7:02. I had no idea where I could squeeze out 5 seconds, but I kept grinding, and after 40 minutes, I got this run. I would consider it to be perfect, but sometimes with speedruns it's hard to know where the ceiling is. This is a great start to my year.
