Hello, i am super new to speed running and i want to be good. i know it takes a lot of practice and im willing to put in the time. I couldn't help but notice how in the any% run that i believe kaii performed there was an enderpearl / ender eye duplication. saves massive ammounts of time of course but where can i learn things like that. i havent looked around much but is there like a "tutorial" or a speedrun help thread? i would appreciate all your inputs 😁

the guides area should help. someone posted an easy step by step tutorial on how to inventory dupe.

It also depends on which type of speed run you want to attempt. The tips for glitches and glitchless are different but both cut down times. There should be available guides for both.
