Can we use minehut to host a server for 1.16 runs?

As long as you have access to all the files and it is not using any mods that aren't permitted, that should be fine.

You cannot use minehut. First off, 1.16.5 is terrible for speedrunning, and second off, it uses PaperMC, and not Vanilla MC
