I had an idea for a new speedrun where you have to mine out one full chunk to bedrock. I have done this once and it took about 4 hours but there is a lot that can be improved. If this is interesting enough maybe it can be added.
chunk mining is way to hard for me bro. I only rage quit to it becasue it takes so long
I like it! It's not bad but would be best to post this on the Category Extentions forum section.
yeah, it's not too crazy, and it does not include going to the end, so there's potential in this
so.. spawn next to deepest possible ravine that lines up with a chunk to win
i think it won't be added because it's just too repetetive. Step one: get iron pick. Step two: spend 3 hours mining in a square pattern. Boom, done.
there could be strats on this though, like getting TNT from pyramids and falling into a deep and wide ravine.
I’d probably do that if I knew the dimensions of a Mincraft chunk, I strip mine for items and mine out of pure fun(I listen to music while I do, so at lest I’m vibing)
I’m up for the task, but what are the rules? What tools are you allowed to use? Can it be any height? Would it be the SAME height? Those are all my questions
This sounds like an interesting idea. I like it. Im willing to give it a go.
Chunk mining speedruns... got rules:
- No "/fill" or "/fillblock"
- TNT allowed
- Has to be a 16x256x16 area, as that is a chunk.
Idea: 2 categories, F3 (with chunk borders enabled) and no F3
I've Got a new speed run idea: hear me out:
Minecraft Speed Run but with fewest advancements unlocked
There could be strategic moves in there. Maybe killing the wither, and getting a beacon, getting tnt, etc. I can see this being fun, but then again, I wouldn’t have the patience to mine that much. I’ve done it before, and it was miserable.
The rules for the Minecraft: Java Edition leaderboards have officially been rewritten and updated. The goal of rewriting the rules was to create one, definitive place wherein all MCSR rules are stored, completely eliminating any a
