The password for the bulkheads in PARK LANE, but you don't need to remember it, but you do have to examine the note with the code in order for it to work.

First zombie escape strat (base director quarters)

When you first unlock Karne with the computer it can be pretty tricky to avoid getting grabbed by the zombie that gets up from the bed.
There are two ways to do this.
You can face the door while using the computer to make things easier, but you still have enough time to quickturn.
In the PS version run to the door and use it, it will teleport you to the other room without any need for further manouvering.
In the PC version it's harder because there are no room transitions. When you get to the door make Kenzo face the door slightly with his left shoulder instead of straght on and open it. the zombie will stop and turn around and you will be able to exit the room without being grabbed.

General gameplay tips

When running, hold down the run button before you start moving to negate the wind up when starting to run while already walking.
By mashing the left and right arrow keys (x and o on the playstation) slightly before a zombie grabs you, you can consistently break out of a grab without taking any damage.
On the PC version it can be faster to switch characters by going to the inventory and then switching them from there. This is not possible in the PS vesion.
The Dillinger can be used to one hit kill zombies. Let a zombie grab you, shake him off and the shoot it. It will down them in one hit every time.

Much better maps, Base + Necropolis

The ingame map of the base is pretty much useless if you wanna learn out the routes and ''key'' places. I saw these maps in some walkthough video descriptions on Youtube and grabbed them to safe, as someone had done these manually and these are extremely helpful to understanding the Base + Necropolis layout.

Someone propably would want to redo these manually to be better quality ones and more clear, but this is a good start.

Safest Airlock 2 strat

The safest and most consistent way of doing the Airlock 2 puzzle:
As soon as you use the ordinary screwdriver on the panel, hold down left and stop as soon as the character does one full step left and run forward to the door. Do not quickturn and then run to the door, because it's too slow and you won't make it. Once at the door, open it and stand in the doorway (not necessary but safer than just standing infront of the door), quick turn and wait for the trimorph to pass and then run to the airlock. When exiting, stand on the left side of the door and face the wall (if you face the door you will be killed when the trimorph comes in). Once the trimorph passes turn and exit the airlock.

Single character Obelisk puzzle strat

The Obelisk puzzle is designed for two characters. One to lure the trimorph away, and the other to put the chorus in the obelisk. However this can be done with one character with ease.
Take the character with the chorus to the obelisk. Run around the right side of the pillar (the character's left) and make a wide circle around the trimorph that is now chasing you. Make a circle to the pillar where the trimorph was standing and insert the chorus. DO NOT BRUSH UP DIRECTLY AGAINST THE PILLAR, because you will get stuck and die, instead have some distance between you and the pillar when inserting the chorus. Then immediatly break into a run and return to the spot that you started from.
