Please ask me, what skip start cutscenes(Start when open app, and start story after completing training level doesn't skiped)?

I'm not 100% sure which cutscenes you're talking about, might even be version differences. Do you have a video of them? If I had to guess you might be able to skip them if you have one savefile that has completed the game, but that's just a wild guess.
