I was wondering if it would be possible to add a new qame category, where you just try to beat the boss from your finished save file. theres already an ingame achievement for that so why not make it a category as well
Yeah. That's a good idea. A shorter category like that definitely could work. And an equivalent could also be added for the survival mode, requiring you to get to a certain hight as fast as possible.
Mhm, I like that idea. I'm going to add a miscallaneous category of "NG+" with "Any%" and "[insert big hight] Survival" subcategories. Though I firstly would have to figure out what would be an appropriate hight for a speedrun like that. I'll get to it in a couple of days, remind me on src or on the discord if I forget.
btw, off-topic. I made a new theme, do you think it looks better than the one before?
late reply but i just got the idea when trying for the achievement not too long ago, so i didnt really notice the background change but it looks fine. time to try some run
Ah, thanks for reminding me. I added a miscallenous category of "New Game+" with the "Me Gusta" and "90,000m" subcategories. The rules are the barebones for now, I'm going to revise them and the rest of the cats when I start running this game again. Also: what do you think about the survival cat being 90,000m? My first idea was to make it 100,000m but there is no floor at that point, and I wanted for it to end like that. Then I thought of 150,000m but that seemed way too hard for a run. So I ended up going with 90,000m. Do you think that's the sweet spot or should it be higher/lower?
