Level Select and Sound Test

Level select - At the title screen, press Left, Left, Right, Right, Up, Down, A, B, Start.

Sound test - At the title screen, press Up, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, B, A.

Level select can be helpful for practicing the game!

I might re-record this one at some point in the future; you can land a hit on a crocodile and jump at the same time, which can prevent you from having to kill one completely. This is still a bit finicky as of now.
