Hello! After waiting much too long to get this done, I have finally put together a few resources for understanding the RNG manip used in the 100% WR run. Quick piece of advice, however; I wouldn't personally recommend that new runners learn the manip in any capacity. I feel that it's much more important to get the fundamentals down and get as comfortable as you can with the manipless run first before adding on another layer of complexity. The first and main resource is this commentary video I made explaining as much of the manip as I could. I tried my best to get very in-depth with it and get the information as accurate as I could, so check it out as leave any comments on the video if you have any questions!
