For we sad boios with not enough time for 100% speedruns there should be a 100%(region)% (one for each) or a liberate region %

This would probably go under the Individual Level boards. You should record at least one example run of what you have in mind.

If you come into the JC speedrun discord and share a video of an IL category, I will likely go ahead and make that IL board. For rules, you should consider how you would want to start timing - should it be from new game? The ILs for bases/towns are simple because of the re-oppress option but harder for an entire region. My guess is you would prefer to start from re-oppress on a place within a region but then all the other locations in the region must be "un-oppressed" as well.

I'm not going to go through and make IL boards for 100% or liberation of each region without a clear ruleset and runs for at least several regions.

Okay thanks for the information I will prepare a run I think the timer should start as a any% would (freash) what the runner has to do is liberate (take control) of the region the timer should end once you get the message that all providences (in the region) have been liberated
