Are runs still eligible for submission if they're recorded on Jumpcraft 2?

I believe since the courses are the exact same as in Jumpcraft 1 there would be no difference run-wise, though, speed runs would be altered since instead of using potion bottles this server uses commands to give the effect instead, and since the effect is permanent until toggled off previous runs would be at a significant disadvantage by having to drink the pots again.
