Here is a .sqlite file of all the levels that you can use for any category on this leaderboard (HWCE). To make it work, open the data folder on any version of the game (apart from the 8.8GB one that you don't want to lose all the levels on), go to htdocs, swf.totaljerkface.com, and paste in the file, replacing it with the one that is there already. This also contains some savestates that you might find useful for AFL.
