First Ann route on the new route (affection spam). Used a liked item (good egg) since her loved items could take a while longer to get and putting away affection is +4 instead of +5 which isn't too bad. Also gifted Kurt Herbal Tea to get him to 1 heart since the pot is available in the Junk Shop. Definitely room for improvement due to a couple mistakes, I expect (and challenge!) Demo to get this sub hour for us!
