Why is the Any% time for the console runner last when it's faster?

The runs are timed without load times and no one can be bothered to count out loads on console. If there's no loadless time then the run goes to the bottom of the leaderboard by default. I added the with loads time to the no loads column as well so the leaderboard makes a bit more sense now.
