If you're just starting out with this strat it is recommended to get a large melee weapon before the start (large as in big enough to knock down an enemy).

Kill everyone except for the one guy that spawns the 2 briefcases (shown in the video).

Pick up the solo briefcase on the pier, as usual. Knock down the last remaining guy with a melee weapon or using your gun(demonstration). When he's knocked down on the ground, make a F3 replay running around him.

Walk away from him as to not pick up the briefcases and kill him. (OPTIONAL) You can pick up one of the briefcases here, DONT pick up both of them.

Drive to the café, at the front door activate the F3 replay, which should trigger two cutscenes and complete the mission.
The aim of this strat is to avoid cop stingers, which could potentially crash your game.
