Hi. I see a lot of people setting their fps to 16 when trying to switch warp. I can understand how this would be useful, for example, at the end of "Daddy's little girl", and other missions that fade to a black screen at the end of the mission, and then the mission pass screen comes up during the black screen, however, when warping to your safehouse to start a mission (at the end of cleaning to start reuniting), I found that you can do switch warps like these at a higher frame rate, around 30fps (I found this out as I speedrun on ps4 and the fps on that console is ass). I also found that the fps doesn't have much to do with the actual execution of the switch warp, it's timing. It's usually between 0.05 and 0.3 seconds before the mission blips disappear then reappear (I think this is mission dependant), and I understand that decreasing the framerate, increases the chance of executing it, however, it would also eliminate any input lag, as input lag comes into play at anything below 24fps (I think)
just a thought, this can be deleted if this has been found out already, or if doing it at 16fps is actually faster than taking the gamble on doing it at 30fps or higher.
