Thanks to a new update, milliseconds have now been added natively into the game.

Old runs that used the in-game timer mod will be adjusted to display milliseconds on the board. If an old run without the mod is timed to the same second as a new run, the old run will be given 999 milliseconds.

Individual achievement runs will still use whole seconds since there is no milliseconds displayed upon completing them.
