An additional category here wouldn't be needed, since using glitches or not doesn't change that it would be an any% run. Of course, things like this are always up for debate. Feel free to let me know why it would be a separate category and then we can discuss it with other runners.
To me, going into debug mode and using speed up isn't really in the spirit of a speedrun. it's also why other games have NMG categories. I get that it cuts like 4+ hours out, but imo it's like GTA allowing the push button codes in their runs, or the kirby 64 community allowing the controller 3 dev menu shenannigans.
I get what you're saying, but this game only has a handful of runners so there's not as much need for a lot of different categories.
If you're on PC I'd recommend learning the AE category as that is pretty much glitchless already!
