Any% Single Player and Co-Op Route Guides

There are currently routes for:

There is no 4 player route currently available, but that may be added in the future.  

Routes are currently what I (SkeedKangaroo) have found to be the most efficient, if there are additions or changes to be made, make a thread or contact me, my discord is on my profile.

The order of the most up to date routes are currently **3 Player**, followed by **2 Player**, and lastly **1 Player**.

Bugs, Glitches, Etc.

This is a collection of bugs, glitches, etc that are known to impact runs. For a full list of game glitches check the **[wiki](https://generation-zero.fandom.com/wiki/Known_Glitches)**.

#***Player Tech***
**Prone Clipping**:  
When at an object that you can crouch or prone under, you can hold run and tap Z (prone) or CTRL (crouch) to clip through it. Your upper body will lose its collision with the object allowing you to walk through. Best seen during Sanctuary to clip through the table. Have not been able to fully clip OoB with this tech.

**Bike Clipping**:  
Using a bike, you can ride into the hinges of any small red bunker to [clip](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EA3TSmFHeyo&ab_channel=subzero142) through it. Although this clip is consistent with practice, it does *not* allow you to complete bunkers faster without collecting bar codes. The opposite may be true for Pre-New Dawn.

**Bike Speed Glitch**:  
Not 100% certain on how to trigger this, but preliminary testing shows that the bike needs to be facing up hill, on a road, moving slightly. Quickly open your map, right click as if you're going to place a marker, press esc, then close the map. You should then quickly shoot up to max speed. This seems to last until you respawn the bike.

#***Common***
**Beacons**:  
There is a glitch with Could Saves that cause beacons not to spawn if the save file was previously used to destroy beacons. Since we use beacons for consistent enemy spawns and other strats its best to avoid this bug. Best ways to remedy this is:  
1. Don't destroy beacons 
2. Switch up the world save file and character save file every run

**Bunker Codes**:  
In Co-Op there is a bug that causes enemies to spawn with no loot when trying to find bunker codes. It can happen to any player but the best ways we have found to remedy this is to:  
1. Have the HOST do the looting
2. Have the HOST be in the same region that you are attempting to loot in. 
3. Restarting the game may also have an affect.

#***Uncommon***
**Insta-Death**:  
When you hit something while riding your moped or bicycle, you ragdoll off of it if going over a certain speed. Sometimes the ragdoll can instantly kill you if it hits a certain object or enemy just right. Not completely sure how.

Pre-New Dawn Update: Any% Guide

This route is from 3 years ago, but is still applicable as a starting point for Pre-New Dawn update runs.

The current fastest route is going to Ibolhomen church and then straight to Salthamn for The Home Team mission. Once you've gotten that, go interact with the main Vesslan door and then kill the seeker and two runners for the barcodes. Place the radio from the start of the Home Team mission outside the bunker for later. Then do the rest of the bunker as normal but once you receive the missions, try get the runners to kill you and then warp to a random safe house and then to the radio you've placed down. Now run to the calling for help mission, avoiding the hunter spawn on the way. Now do Calling for Help as normal except if the enemies don't spawn, quickly join and leave a multiplayer game and they should be back. Then continue across the main bridge near Hastvik and get the safehouse in the church. Run towards Over and Out and do that as normal. Once you've done it, commit suicide and spawn back at the church. Now for a long bike ride along the main roads until you reach the mountain region. Grab the safehouse with the plane bunker by there and run up the mountain grabbing the Ruselburg safehouse by the Uttern Bunker. Do the bunker as normal, killing the runners outside for the barcodes. Fast travel to Ruselburg and run to the radio tower and do Radio Silence there. Now run all the way to Alby Church, getting the safehouse at Boo on the way. It's quicker to do this without a bike and just run across the fields. Go do hermelinen bunker as normal. Fast travel back to Alby Church and do Science of Deduction and Empty Spaces as usual. Fast travel back to Alby church and do Loud and Clear and then run to Skvarden, do  it and then do Line of Fire. This should give you Enemy of my Enemy, so do that and then fast travel to Alby church. Run to the FOA facility and finish the run by doing the Behind the Curtain mission.
