Hi! I'm a Moderator for the ULTRAKILL leaderboards, and recently due to a game update there has been a massive influx of runs (which is good!) However, in trying to get through as many submissions as possible, there was apparently a back-end update that occurred earlier today that entirely disrupts workflow and just seems... unnecessary? Formerly this "menu" (which has a total of two options) was just two buttons, one for verify and one for reject, and it was just simply understood that the runs in question were pending. Quite honestly this is just an extra click every single time I verify a run, and I was wondering why exactly this was changed, as it seems objectively worse than before. (I'm also kind of hoping that it gets changed back.) Attached is the new menu, and the old format which was just buttons that weren't hidden behind a menu.

^ This is why
Also, can't relate. I always go to the Edit Run menu to double-check the information is correct. Not a bad change.
I appreciate the response, but unfortunately that doesn't seem to answer my question. I understand that the "mark as safe" feature for the upcoming Twitch purge is an overwhelmingly good feature. While speedrun.com is very ahead of the curve on that one and I applaud them for it, that is not the feature that I'm referring to.
I'm specifically talking about the Verify/Pend/Reject menu, which before was just two buttons, and very conducive to my workflow which is almost entirely conducted in the Triage View, as it adequately displays all of the necessary information that I need in a compact window. Prior one of the buttons was just replaced with "Revert", which would place the run back in the pending queue, allowing all the same options as this menu does now. I don't understand why this menu specifically was changed.
yeah @Walgrey your link doesnt necessarily have much to do with this.
but i also cant really relate as its so often i have to edit run info that i watch the run on the run page because from there i can easily edit the details.
i do see from your picture how unneeded and counter productive this change is.
I'd also like to mention that prior to this update, editing a run then changing the verifier it was assigned to would update the run information without kicking you out of the video/verification popup. Now it kicks you out of it entirely and refreshes the whole board. Similar in annoyance, especially when i have to add mod notes for a lot of runs.
