I'm sorry about banning and days after unbanning the leap, the reason why I was for having it banned was because it was ping biased, but what now is making it unbanned is someone with normal ping can make it (Just will be much more difficult). Anyways sorry about this, hopefully a new method comes so the east asians/aussies can't get it solely due to their ping. Also get some popcorn for the replies.
One last thing I'm going to say is I recommend you to submit your runs that were rejected (sorry),because I'll probably miss one.
I approve of this choice because again I'm one of those that can make it with standard ping. Inb4 there's shit about "I can't make this leap etc." just fyi the timing has to be SPOT on for you to make it. If I find a way to make the leap easier I'll share it.
Allow me to reiterate the reasons for the unban and add some more:

People can make it even if their ping is good (Flare and Thunder and the only people to say they have never made it, which may change)

A lot of leaps that AREN'T banned fit this description, so we would have to ban them as well.

Even leaps that don't require the lessening of ping have a bias because you can still have a better leap.
That being said, PlebJ is also being unbanned, something that wasn't mentioned in the original post
This is so true I have pretty good ping and i can still make it!! You just have to do a OP leap and no people are doing that. They cant do it because their not doing OP leaps!
