First sub 19!

First run with this route. I rerouted the early game a bit during Big 20 #18's 'beat cerberus' goal and found a projectile duplication trick that let you killer Lumper without the sword, shaving off a big chunk of time. After the big 20 I spent some time sciencing and finding new routes and time saves and found a bunch of small ones and a few major ones. There is at least one boss skip I can do somewhat consistently that I did not get in this run, but there may be some larger skips/timesaves still remaining, I'd just have to experiment a bit. There are several timesaves I didn't throw into this run due to them being very dangerous or heavy RNG, so sub 18:30 is definitely possible.
