General tips:

  1. Three defensins provide 20% blockage. Therefore, you never need more than eight defensins.
  2. Psuedopods are an extremely effective tool for escaping attackers, at the cost of time.
  3. Injectors are not affected by lysosomes (except on exit). The best counter is slicer enzymes.
  4. Invaders are barely affected by slicer enzymes (except when they are right over the nucleus). The best counter is lysosomes and defensins.
  5. Infesters are not affected by slicer enzymes (except post-infestation). The best counter is lysosomes and defensins. Nucleic infestation also costs an enormous number of amino acids to repair.

Stage 1: 3 tiny pseudopods (spawn location of glucose isn't fixed) big + tiny pseudopod for glucose, big pseudopod to grab mitochondria get just enough glucose for 1000 ATP (38 each), stay still

Stage 2: big pseudopod for nucleic acids, amino acids 20 ribosomes + 15 slicers, begin wave 1 and camp (25 AA = 2 more slicers, camp wave 2)

Stage 3: recycle all slicers big downwards pseudopod for glucose find AA and build 20 slicers while waiting for 10 fatty acids 2 membrane expansions, click through, last expansion, wait, immediately contract highlight mitochondria when 'something happens', move and disable buy DNA repair enzyme (100 AA), select ER, 3 peroxisomes (150 AA) select mito, wait to re-enable, spam slicer enzymes and wait for end of level

Stage 4: big pseudopod to capture mitochondria note: you DO need slicers against invaders! build some up now make 10 lysosomes, recycle damaged mitochondrion, divide healthy mitochondrion in prep for invaders, make more lysosomes too

Stage 5: note: make sure you keep enough FA to redissolve chloroplast after doubling chloroplast, immediately dissolve to fulfill 10 FA requirement (saves 30 sec) fortify like heck (lysosomes, slicers, defensins) because invader waves

Stage 6: disable chloroplast (no sugar needed) auto-build 4 peroxisomes 50 slicer enzymes (first round injectors) 8 defensins, 25 lysosomes re-enable chloroplast look for AA / glucose but camp waves with occasional dodge

Stage 7: auto-build 6 peroxisomes divide mitochondria into 4 by going heat --> divide and moving to right mito 20 slicer enzymes (injectors only), start kiting + looking for glucose doesn't matter how long waves last, maybe build 1 extra peroxisome

Stage 8: auto-build 2 peroxisomes, 12 lysosomes dissolve 1 chloroplast 25 lysosomes dissolve remaining chloroplast 50 slicers, 5 toxins, 8 defensins start spamming toxins, keep a little ATP for slicers deal with waves responsibly to use AA, avoid those infesters b/c AA expensive 5 - 8 - 37 for toxins - you want to get past 10% and 25%
