Does Flawless mean no deaths or the enemy got no points? Does it differ per category? While I can't pinpoint which runs I looked at I do recall seeing one that was Flawless that had a death in it, but the enemy never got a point. I also recall seeing another Flawless one where the enemy did get points, but the player never died. Because of this I couldn't entirely tell what met the requirement of being Flawless. I've looked at a lot of the runs over the last few days which is why I can't remember exactly which ones I saw this happen in.

Apologize for missing this post. I'm also not sure what Flawless value means in each category, because it was added before I have been the MOD and no any game/category rule mentioned it.

Currently I think it would be Yes if the enemy/enemies never get a point in 1vBot, 1vBot No books, no homing, Co-Op, 3p Co-Op, Golden Boomerang.

For FFA, it might be Yes if you are always the last standing in each round, the same as you never die.
